Jasper DeWitt hails from Washington, DC, where he divides his time between the horrors of his imagination, and the slowly spreading madness that is federal policy. He grew up in a remote part of America where no one could hear him scream, which may explain why he enjoys making others do so in print.

DeWitt’s biggest horror influences are M.R. James, Thomas Harris, Peter Straub, E.F. Benson, and, of course, H.P. Lovecraft. He is also hard at work on a fantasy novel series, and is an avid contributor to Reddit’s NoSleep board.
