Stuart Kurth grew up in the town of Paisley in Scotland, whose former residents include Hollywood mega-star Gerard Butler, former Dr. Who actor David Tennant, music sensation Paolo Nutini, and finally, Stuart Kurth! He currently resides in Amsterdam in the Netherlands.
From a young age Kurth has had a taste for all things horror. Some of his earliest movie memories were features like Creepshow, Friday the 13th, and A Nightmare on Elm Street. His first gaming experience was the Lovecraft inspired Alone in the Dark. Finally, it was the Chilling Tales for Dark Nights YouTube channel that introduced him to the world of horror audio fiction.
Kurth says, “I love listening to [scary] stories and want to use my talents to bring more of them to your ears, with perhaps a little of my Scottish brogue added to the mix. A lifetime of talking to myself has given me a whole host of different voices to use for storytelling. So please listener, don’t let those voices in my head go to waste.”
